At some point, we have all been afraid of going out on the streets due to the personal defense of delinquency and public insecurity. It is very common today to see on the news how assaults with a knife or firearm increase and occur at any place and time of day.  Cases such as students returning home are assaulted by criminals or as women who make the mistake of walking alone in solitary places and are assaulted, raped and even murdered, without a doubt an unfortunate scenario for the ordinary citizen concerned about their security and that of their own. The idea of learning some kind of self-defense is not crazy given the circumstances.
