When we practice states of deep relaxation, we give our body the opportunity to recover, regenerate and heal itself. The body has an incredible capacity for self-healing, all you need is the opportunity to do so by controlling negative mental states to the best of your ability. These exercises, either single or combined, serve equally to practice self-hypnosis, deep meditation, to relax your body-mind or simply to sleep. You need only space and time in which you will not be interrupted; You can accompany the exercises with relaxation or meditation music and anything else you like candles or incense to make your practice more enjoyable....

Our self-esteem is determined by our assessment of the successes and failures we have had throughout  our lives. If we achieve our desires and satisfy our needs, our self-esteem will increase. One way to improve our self-esteem is to change the parts of ourselves that we are not satisfied with and that is in our hands. We will explain a method to change those facets and to improve ourselves as people.  The steps are the following: Pose a clear and concrete goal : We have to identify what we want to achieve. That goal must be sincere, personal (not imposed by others), realistic, divisible into smaller goals, and we must be able to measure the results we achieve. Establish the tasks we must do to achieve it : Think about what you should do to achieve that goal and what efforts you should take to achieve it. Do you know the importance of having an Action Plan in your life? Our time and attention are continually being besieged everywhere. The ideas and goals that appear to us today in a clear and crystalline way, may be losing strength as the days go by or we are completely forgotten by the strength of the current of our day to day (emergencies, unforeseen problems, interruptions). It is vital to develop a written action plan to achieve our goals. Having a plan that tells us the way to our goals keeps us on the right course, in the path of progress and will help us eliminate distractions and interruptions.
