Do You Have an Action Plan In Life?

Do you know the importance of having an Action Plan in your life? Our time and attention are continually being besieged everywhere.

The ideas and goals that appear to us today in a clear and crystalline way, may be losing strength as the days go by or we are completely forgotten by the strength of the current of our day to day (emergencies, unforeseen problems, interruptions).

It is vital to develop a written action plan to achieve our goals. Having a plan that tells us the way to our goals keeps us on the right course, in the path of progress and will help us eliminate distractions and interruptions. Our action plan tells us the point of reference to which we are going, and the point from which we start reminds us of our objective and why we do things. It is fundamental to have ours for internalized and always present in the mind to have the necessary motivation.

If we forget us for what, it will be very difficult to exploit our true internal potential. Since we always know where we want to go and why it is easy to determine what to do next. In addition, a written plan helps us assign priorities among our various tasks, before priority conflicts arise between us, which cause us frustration and stress.

It is also important to set deadlines in our action plan. When we set a deadline, we tend to act accordingly. A deadline sets our body in motion, prepares us mentally and physically to react within the set time, so that we act, think and react with due energy and urgency. We focus our attention and concentration on the objectives, and we think more clearly and creatively. Deadlines create a challenge and we tend to respond to that challenge.

In order to have a well-developed Action Plan, it is important to define the obstacles and barriers that we might encounter on our way. It is about realistically observing what can happen to us on our way to achieving the goal in such a way that we have already thought about how to overcome it. A written plan helps us to anticipate problems and plan how to deal with them before they become a source of frustration, stress, and discouragement. Most people stop at any obstacle. With an action plan, we can determine solutions and be able to overcome them.

The most difficult thing is to identify the obstacles and real barriers (not to be confused with self-excuses) that exist between us and our goal, in order to find the way to achievement.

When we identify and put obstacles in writing, the next step is to plan the solution to overcome them, considering each obstacle separately, and thinking about all possible solutions. You will find that when you approach goal setting in this way, you release unexpected forces of creativity and imagination and discover reasonable and workable solutions for any problems that may arise. It is a way to activate a part of our inactive potential.

When making our plan of action, it is important to develop a sincere desire for achievement, as this can make the difference between a true goal or a simple vague desire.
